Abdelhamid EL Jamri is the Chairperson for United Nations Committee on Migrant Workers. Consultant en ingénierie de projet de développement, est natif d Meknès au Maroc, où il obtenu son baccalauréat en 1980, date à laquelle, il quitte le Maroc pour la France où il fait des études supérieures en sciences économiques et en sciences de gestion. Il a beaucoup travaillé en France sur les questions liées aux politiques d'emploi du développement économiques et l'insertion socioprofessionnelle des migrants.
