UPDATE | July 18th, 2009
We are pleased to report that the Moroccan Americans 2009 Annual Convention organizing committee represented by the Moroccan American Chamber of Commerce, the Washington Moroccan Club, the Moroccan American Socio-Cultural Center and the Moroccan American Community Center, held their kickoff planning meeting on July 18th and 19th at the Shingle Creek Resort & Convention Center ( http://www.rosenshinglecreek.com/ ) in Orlando, Florida.
The organizing committee performed a thorough site visit and held several meetings with the Convention center management, community members and stake holders in preparation for the event to be held on October 24th and 25th, 2009.
